We’re always interested in new ways of educating our community about staying healthy.
Our expert team offers:
Syringe Exchange – Last year, we removed 150,000 used needles from our streets and provided hundreds of people with services, HIV/Hepatitis/testing, referrals to treatment and education about overdose prevention and maintaining good health.
Our peer-facilitated, multi-session workshop series – provides Spanish-speaking women of color with sexual health and wellness education, helping them learn new ways of keeping themselves and their families healthy.
Our Teen Peer Education Project – has provided information and skills to thousands of young people since it started in 1992. We train teenagers as peer educators, helping them become HIV experts.
